EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY

I. EXCHANGE POLICY:

• Exchange within 7 days of purchase for undelivered orders (free of charge).
• Exchange within 10 days of purchase for delivered orders (15% of the receipt fee)

Exchange conditions:

• Product is 100% new, unscratched (for delivered orders)
• New product after exchanging is of equal or greater value to purchased order.
• Customers willing to exchange goods must pay at the showroom where goods are purchased before the company delivers.

Note: For make-to-order products, 50% liquidated products, scratched products, company does not accept exchange.

II. RETURN POLICY:

• Return within 7 days of purchase for undelivered orders with 20% of the receipt fee.
• Return within 10 days of purchase for delivered orders with 25% of the receipt fee.

Note: For make-to-order products, 50% liquidated products, scratched products, company does not accept returns.
