WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Bellahome.vn warrants the following cases:

• Product is damaged by technical error during manufacturing and installation process.
• Product is within the warranty period.
• Product has a warranty card from bellahome.vn (Receipt).

Bellahome.vn does not warrant the following cases:

• Customers change the structure of the product by fixing it themselves.
• Product is scratched, damaged in use.
• Product is damaged by disasters, fire, flood, insects, animals, humidity and high temperature, has mildew, rust, is eroded, oxidized.
• Product is soaked, waterlogged, causing it to bend. Product is affected by steam, fire… due to unsafe installation of electric – water equipment.
• Expired warranty.
