Survey the actual situation of the work
Each project will have a different layout and location. Therefore, the survey of current situation of the work is very important.
The architect will measure the specifications of the land, from the area to the surrounding landscape to have the best suitable design
Preliminary design
Based on the provided and measured information, we proceed to the preliminary design, including interior layout drawing and reference images, general design orientation and idea.
This design informs the client about the room layout, the usable area of each room and the location of the house in the entire land.
Sign design contract
This contract will be made into 2 originals with the same legal validity.
The architect will deploy the drawings according to the process sent to the customer, fully implementing the rights and obligations specified in the contract.
Detailed design in 3D drawing
After signing the contract and agreeing on the technical layout, the architect will conduct 3D drawing for the entire design space as required so that the homeowner can visualize the house in the future.
Develop technical documents
Architects and structural engineers, M&E engineers will complete working design documents to serve the construction process
Complete and hand over documents
Complete 3D drawing, revise the technical documents, hand over to the client, and liquidate the design contract.
